Family law
and the person.

Privacy & data protection

My practice focuses on family law, the law of persons and minors, and personal data protection. I support clients through transitions — separations, agreements, family reorganisations — favouring dialogue, assisted negotiation and the tools of collaborative law.

Where litigation can be avoided, I prefer shared and sustainable solutions.

Practice area

Family law and the person

Specialised in family law, including international family law: separation and divorce, cohabitation agreements, custody and protection of children, juvenile law, succession, support administration.

Wherever possible I prefer consensual instruments — assisted negotiation under Italian Law 162/2014, family mediation and collaborative law — because they help preserve relationships that contentious litigation can damage, especially where children are involved.

The collaborative approach is not a technique, it is a choice of method: it starts from the idea that the parties, even when in disagreement, share an interest worth protecting.

Where the case calls for it, the practice draws on external psychological consultancy: a separate professional space, because the emotional dimension of family matters deserves room of its own.

Practice area

Privacy and data protection

Personal data protection is a second area of the practice, developed also in collaboration with other professionals in the field.

It is a domain that naturally extends the same attention to the person: helping practices, professionals and small organisations understand their obligations and properly handle data subjects' rights under the GDPR.

Profile

About

I was born in Conegliano in 1985. I obtained my classical high-school diploma at Liceo Marconi in Conegliano in 2004 and graduated in Law from the University of Padua in 2009, with a thesis in criminal law. I read and write English fluently.

I was admitted to the Treviso Bar on 20 January 2014, after a legal traineeship in Treviso between 2010 and 2013. From 2014 to 2020 I collaborated with Studio Associato Taffarello Brunello, a practice dedicated to family law. Since then I have been working independently, with offices at Via Santa Margherita 44 in Treviso, retaining my specialisation in the law of persons, family and minors and extending the practice to personal data protection.

I have been a member of AIAF — the Italian Association of Lawyers for Family and Minors — since 2014, and I take part regularly in the activities of the Treviso section. I am also a member of AIADC — the Italian Association of Lawyers for Collaborative Law — and a founding member of APF — Lawyers for Persons and Families — where I served as Secretary.

Attention to the psychological dimension

Family-law matters are rarely only legal matters: behind every file there is an affective core that is changing. For this reason, where the case calls for it, I work with psychologists in the area as external consultants to the practice. Psychological consultancy remains an autonomous and confidential professional space, distinct from the legal mandate: the roles are separate but complementary.

Of counsel

For matters outside the practice's areas of activity, I work regularly with Marcello Stellin, attorney specialised in criminal law, as of counsel.
